Hover a card and it lifts the way a roof does in a tear-off: field, felt, deck.
Full tear-off to the deck, rotten sheathing swapped, new underlayment, new field.
Open
Leaks traced to the actual detail: a split boot, a lifted lap, a failed valley.
Open
Tarped first, documented for the adjuster, then rebuilt to the same drawing.
Open
Low-slope membrane, coatings and flashing work on occupied buildings.
Open
Seamless gutters, siding and washing, so water leaves the way it should.
OpenSection drawing
Scroll and the drawing travels up the pitch. Every roof we quote is written this way.
01 Eave
Water leaves the roof here or it goes into the fascia. Metal first, then a sealed starter course.
02 Deck
Soft plywood gets cut out and replaced. Only then does the water barrier go down.
03 Field
Straight courses, staggered joints, nails in the strip. This is the part storms test.
04 Valley
Valleys, chimneys, boots and skylights. Most leaks we chase started at one of these.
05 Ridge
Air in at the soffit, out at the ridge. A hot deck ages a new roof early.
A sample of jobs from the last two seasons.
Water first, paperwork second, roof third. Do it the other way round and the claim gets harder.
Tarp and dry
A crew tarps the opening and gets moisture out of the ceiling before it spreads.
Photograph every slope
Damage is shot from the roof and the ground, dated, and sent to you as a file, not a promise.
Back to the drawing
The roof goes back on to the same written scope you approved, detail by detail.
Homeowner notes
Wind took shingles off half our street. They inspected the same week, met our adjuster on the roof, and had the new roof on in a day.
